Having lived in Plano for 50+ years and 5 houses, I have found the perfect combination for a beautiful new roof- Priority Roofing along with Mike Ahrend, my Priority Roofing Contractor. This was "my first time" to actually begin the process of finding a quality roofing company and sort of scary too since there are so many roofing companies available. However, this decision was the BEST! Mike Ahrend was my Contractor with Priority and listened to each concern that I had to work with my insurance provider and actual installation. He guided me through the paperwork, helped me with the choices for roofing and was on-site with me for installation day. The team he brought was on time and committed to providing an excellent roof and cleanup, while checking all details. I was extremely impressed by their quality of work on my chimney area and my highly unusual constructed sky light! And I really appreciated his recommendation and the team for their gutter suggestion which provided much better water drainage. Thanks, guys! If I ever need another quality roof in my lifetime, I'll definitely call Mike and Priority Roofing. This was one of the BEST DECISIONS I have ever made. Thanks again for putting a smile on my face!!!
Frank spent months working with us to get our roof replacement approved after the hail storm in early ‘25. Our insurer tried to deny/minimize it at first but Frank assured us it should have been approved. He took the lead to get it thru arbitration and got the full replacement covered. After months of delay, we got our new Roser USA stone coated steel roof (an upgrade we wanted) installed and absolutely love it. He worked with us through out the whole process to pull gutters early so we could have the exterior painted before putting up the new gutters, to keeping us informed and working closely with all teams throughout the process. Highly highly recommended priority roofing and Frank Vitale.
10/10 Service. We used Mr Anthony Allen and from the beginning phenomenal. This was my first ever time doing a claim for a roof. My first home so I was afraid of getting screwed over and just not knowing what to expect. Mr Allen walked me through step by step from inspection, approval and roof completion. He did not force anything on me which I love and gave me the ultimate control!! I’m so thrilled with my roof, from the ridges which makes a huge difference, the selection of shingles was amazing . He even was able to get my gutters replaced ( not shown in photo) on top of my roof. One thing I want to point of was the attention to detail for his team. They arrived on time, Anthony was on site with his team, and was amazing. I love my roof and it was something I’d do again with Mr Anthony. I was researching for a reliable and amazing roofing company and this bless company called me out of nowhere and I was telling the customer service person what I was looking for and what I needed done. Did one day Mr. Paul showed up and my house, and my daughter answered rhe door and told me someone was there and wanted to talk to me regarding my roof, so I told her to asked him if he could waitnI was on my way home from work. Once I made it home Mr. Paul introduced himself to me and I knew right them that Priority Roofing was the company I needed to go with, it was his personality and his amazing spirit, he explained everything to me that I could understand, because this was my first time dealing with my insurance company and roofing. Mr Paul was so kind, nice and very professional, he definitely was God sent to me. Mr. Paul stayed by my side until the end. Mario was amazing he enter my home around 6am in the morning and he was so kind and professional as well, after the roof was completed Mario explain everything to me that was done so professionally. Marionis an amazing Project Manager. Thanks to Priority Roofing and the amazing Paul and Mario and workers for doing an outstanding job for giving me a beautiful roof and fence. These man hard and I appreciate them. What a blessing and I feel so much better and my home decor looking phenomenal. May God continue to bless this company, Mr. Paul, Mario and the staff.
