They fought me on everything, but in the end they paid my claim. It finally paid off today with my new roof installation. Patrick and his team do a great job, they replaced our roof in a day and it's the best this house from 85' has ever looked. Great communication the whole time, and generally a quieter process than I thought it'd be! Thorough and quick, no nails left behind, no hidden fees, just a brand new roof with gorgeous rustic black shingles that can withstand up to 160mph winds, just in time for hurricane season!
