Over the years the roof of our large three story office building have deteriorated to the point of major leaks into our offices. Advanced Roofing Solutions, LLC was the company we picked because of their high ratings and testimonials. I was skeptical at first, but after working with TIM PAYNE (the owner)! we had an incredible experience from start to finish. What impressed us even more was his outstanding customer service—he took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of our questions with patience, and made sure we felt confident every step of the way. Not only did he do a fantastic job with the roof itself, but his attention to detail and commitment to quality really stood out. Mr Payne was at the job site on daily bases at least once a day, supervising managing and directing his employees even though there were two foremen daily.
