Saul and his team are the hardest working people I have ever had the pleasure of working with. They arrived around 6:30am and finished around 7:45 pm. Everything was cleaned up to perfection. You wouldn’t have know they were there, unless you look up and see my new roof! The workers were all so kind and polite.
Modern Roofing went above and beyond to help us get our new roof! They helped us navigate the “Appraisal” process on our insurance policy (which I never knew existed until they pointed it out) because the insurance company refused to replace the whole roof even though it was clear the whole roof was damaged. Layne’s customer service, knowledge, attention to detail, determination, and patience during this almost 8 month ordeal with insurance was invaluable to us. We would have had to accept a partial payment from the insurance company on our claim because we didn’t think we had any other option. The crew installed our new roof yesterday and we are so pleased with how it turned out. Saul, the project manager, communicated well with us for scheduling and answering other questions. The whole team was meticulous in the cleanup process too. It looked like they had never even been here when they left - except of course for the wonderful new roof! Zach and team at Modern Roofing were great to work with. Zach was visiting a current project next to us and without question came and checked out our preexisting ventilation issue. He came up with a solution to our issue and at a competitive price. We had great communication and understating as to when the installation would occur, they installed the intake and exhaust vents, cleaned up the space and were done within a few hours. I would highly recommend Modern Roofing for any of your roofing needs.
Very professional. We thought we were only going to be able to fix the part of our roof that was damaged but he pointed out that they paid enough for a whole roof so we have a brand new roof with better shingles. They did it in one day! It was awesome work. We are very happy and I would recommend them to everyone!
