About

Infinite Roofing GC LLC, which trades as Infinite Roofing, is a family owned roofing and general contracting company based at 6860 Dallas Parkway, Suite 450, Plano, in Collin County. The company describes itself as run by four brothers, and the Better Business Bureau names Jawad, Faisal and Saif-Eddin Mansour as its managing members. The BBB records the business as started on 13 January 2020 and BBB Accredited since 5 April 2021, with an A+ rating. The RCAT directory lists the company as a licensed roofing contractor holding the Commercial and Residential Roofing License, which is the separately earned RCAT credential rather than plain membership. GAF also carries a residential contractor listing for the business in Plano. Services run from free roof inspections and insurance claim support through repair, maintenance, replacement and commercial roofing, plus gutters, windows, siding, fencing and solar. Materials include asphalt shingles, metal, clay tile and slate, with CertainTeed and GAF named as primary shingle brands. Since Texas has no state roofing licence, homeowners should ask for a current certificate of insurance direct from the insurer and check City of Plano permitting before work starts.

Insurance & credential verification

Texas does not issue a state roofing license, so we verify companies the way homeowners actually can: confirming insurance coverage, checking RCAT (Roofing Contractors Association of Texas) status, and checking city or county registration where the local jurisdiction requires one. Every credential below links to the actual issuing organization's own public lookup — don't just take our checkmark for it. Always ask for a current certificate of insurance before signing any contract.

Confirm this licence yourself at web.rcat.net/rcat/search — search #03-0550 or the company name.

Confirm this yourself: ask the company for their certificate of insurance (COI). Note that RCAT's Licensed Roofing Contractor credential (CRRL, RRL or CRL) is earned and held by a named individual at a company, not by the business itself, which is why we name that person above where we know it; Texas issues no company roofing license at all. RCAT and NTRCA status can be checked in their own public directories (RCAT, NTRCA) — use the "Licensed"/"Accredited" filter to see more than plain membership. GAF's contractor verification tool and Owens Corning's Texas locator confirm those tiers directly; CertainTeed doesn't offer a comparable self-serve lookup, so ask to see that certificate in person. BBB accreditation and rating are on bbb.org. Houston's own published registered-roofer list is years out of date, so it isn't cited here at all — confirm registration by contacting the city directly. Corpus Christi's STAR program has its own online contractor registry — for any other city or county registration claim, confirm directly with that jurisdiction's permit office.

Infinite Roofing GC replaced my roof yesterday, and did an outstanding job! They arrived on time, (at like 6:00 in the morning), got the entire roof replaced with excellent quality materials. I got the top quality shingles and the work was excellent. I was very happy with them. They cleaned up after themselves and were very respectful of my property and nice to me. So great job guys. I will recommend you to anybody! If you need a new roof, call infinite Roofing GC! They'll do a great job for you and tell him Pam sends you!

Infinite Roofing did an excellent, professional job. Isaiah Brown was very good at communication concerning the status of the job. It was truly a pleasure to work with him. The job involved removing and replacing solar panels. All went well with no problems. The roof looks very nice. It was a pleasure working with Infinite Roofing.

Isaiah was phenomenal! When he spoke with us he was knowledgeable, patient and explained every detail. He worked with us to explain and went above and beyond in regards to the professionalism, customer service and quality. He never pressured us, he followed up and everything that was discussed prior to the work commencing was completed. Each and every contractor was superb! The roof was completed in one day and the area was cleaned up tidy. The roof looks amazing and was done correctly and in line with the estimate. The work was also completed in a timely manner. From start to finish it only took a few weeks to complete the roof, fence, drywall and more. I’m so satisfied and pleased with the service we received. I’d recommend Infinite Roofing to any individual and Will absolutely use them again in the future!

Working with Vanessa was an absolute blessing! She made the entire roofing process quick and stress-free, and she handled all the communication with my insurance company so I didn’t have to lift a finger. She was professional, efficient, and truly went above and beyond. I’m so grateful for her help and highly recommend her!”

I worked with Joe Mansour and the Infinite Roofing team after a major hailstorm in late 2025 damaged my roof, gutters, and garage doors. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. Why Infinite Roofing Stands Out: Professionalism: Joe and his team were courteous, organized, and highly professional throughout the entire process. Responsiveness: Joe is easily the most responsive person I’ve ever worked with—always available and quick to address any questions or concerns. Insurance Coordination: They handled all communication with my insurance company, making the process stress-free and accurate. Clear Communication: Every option and consideration was explained thoroughly and transparently. Attention to Detail: They identified issues I didn’t even notice, preventing costly problems down the road. While Infinite Roofing may not be the cheapest option, the value and peace of mind they deliver far outweigh any price difference. There was no pressure, no upselling, and absolutely no compromise on quality. I strongly recommend Infinite Roofing to anyone needing roofing services. In fact, at least six other homeowners in my neighborhood also chose them—which speaks volumes about their reputation and reliability.

Frequently asked

Does Texas require a state roofing licence?
No. Texas has no state roofing licence, so no Plano roofer is state licensed. The checks that matter are insurance certificates sent directly by the insurer, RCAT status, and City of Plano permitting requirements.
What does it mean that this company is RCAT Licensed?
The Roofing Contractors Association of Texas runs plain membership and a separately earned Licensed Roofing Contractor credential. Infinite Roofing GC LLC appears in the RCAT directory holding the Commercial and Residential Roofing License, which is the earned credential. It is an industry credential, not a government licence.
Is this the same company as Infinite Roofing in New York?
No. There is an unrelated Infinite Roofing and Construction based at 25 Walker Way in Colonie, New York, serving the Albany and Clifton Park area on the domain infiniteroofingny.com. The company in this listing is Infinite Roofing GC LLC of 6860 Dallas Parkway, Plano, Texas, on infiniteroofing.com. Different owners, different states, no connection.
Where is the company based and who runs it?
The office is at 6860 Dallas Parkway, Suite 450, Plano, in Collin County. It is family owned, described on its own site as run by four brothers, and the BBB record names Jawad, Faisal and Saif-Eddin Mansour as managing members.
How long has the company been operating?
The BBB records the business as started on 13 January 2020 and BBB Accredited since April 2021, with an A+ rating.
What roofing materials does the company install?
Asphalt shingles, metal, clay tile and slate. Asphalt shingles are the most common choice for North Texas homes, and the company names CertainTeed and GAF as primary shingle brands.
Does the company help with hail damage insurance claims?
Yes. Free inspections and insurance claim assistance are listed services. Collin County is in the heaviest hail zone in Texas, so this is routine work here. Check your own policy deductible first, and note that a Texas contractor cannot legally waive or absorb your deductible.
Are Class 4 impact resistant shingles worth paying for in Collin County?
They are usually worth pricing. Class 4 impact rated shingles are tested to withstand hail strikes better than standard shingles, and many Texas insurers offer a premium discount for them. Ask your carrier for the exact discount and how long it lasts before deciding.
Do I need a permit to replace a roof in Plano?
Texas has no statewide building code enforcement for roofing, so the rules are set by the city. Confirm the current requirement with the City of Plano building inspections department, and make sure your contract says who pulls and pays for the permit.
What should I ask before signing a roofing contract in Texas?
Get a written scope that covers decking replacement pricing, underlayment, ventilation, flashing and clean up. Ask whether crews are employees or subcontractors, who supervises on site, what the workmanship warranty covers and for how long, and how change orders are priced. Texas law also allows cancellation of a storm related roofing contract within a short window if the insurance claim is denied.
