Six of its offices are in Texas: DFW (Grapevine), Austin, Houston, San Antonio, Tyler, and Texarkana. The DFW office at 129 S. Main St., Suite 100 in Grapevine serves Grapevine, Southlake, Colleyville, Fort Worth, and the wider Dallas-Fort Worth area. Materials include asphalt and architectural shingles (including Class 4 impact-rated options suited to North Texas hail), metal, tile, slate, and flat roof systems, and the company states manufacturer credentials with GAF, Owens Corning, and CertainTeed.

Insurance & credential verification
Texas does not issue a state roofing license, so we verify companies the way homeowners actually can: confirming insurance coverage, checking RCAT (Roofing Contractors Association of Texas) status, and checking city or county registration where the local jurisdiction requires one. Every credential below links to the actual issuing organization's own public lookup — don't just take our checkmark for it. Always ask for a current certificate of insurance before signing any contract.
Confirm this listing yourself at web.rcat.net/rcat/search.
Confirm this yourself: ask the company for their certificate of insurance (COI). Note that RCAT's Licensed Roofing Contractor credential (CRRL, RRL or CRL) is earned and held by a named individual at a company, not by the business itself, which is why we name that person above where we know it; Texas issues no company roofing license at all. RCAT and NTRCA status can be checked in their own public directories (RCAT, NTRCA) — use the "Licensed"/"Accredited" filter to see more than plain membership. GAF's contractor verification tool and Owens Corning's Texas locator confirm those tiers directly; CertainTeed doesn't offer a comparable self-serve lookup, so ask to see that certificate in person. BBB accreditation and rating are on bbb.org. Houston's own published registered-roofer list is years out of date, so it isn't cited here at all — confirm registration by contacting the city directly. Corpus Christi's STAR program has its own online contractor registry — for any other city or county registration claim, confirm directly with that jurisdiction's permit office.

My husband and I were so pleased with our beautiful roof. We choose Hargrove Roofing in Grapevine because of their rating and reputation. Their office is right downtown on the corner of Northwest Highway and Main. We worked with Lily who was so kind and helpful with this older couple. We also need to mention Chris and Brandon. Lily came quickly called insurance with us and came out when the insurance adjuster came. She was available to us throughout the install. The installers were super. We recommend them 100%. Lilly is great! Sandra Miller
Trey and his team helped me fight my insurance team to get the roof approved. He communicated frequently and the new roof looks great. I have a large complicated roof covering over 5000 sq/ft and his team was able to complete the new install in one day to minimize the disruptions.
Worked closely with Trey annd Jordan—each had excellent communication and work ethic. Trey guided us through the insurance claim with clarity and success, which meant a lot since this was our third attempt to get the roof replaced. The crew showed up on time, completed the job quickly, and left everything spotless. The new roof looks fantastic, and matches the trim colors we updated earlier this year. Can’t recommend them enough for anyone needing an stress-free, professional roofing experience.
With a recent tornado through our neighborhood, our roof was in rough shape. The insurance company initially only covered half of the cost. Derek Berry at Hargrove Roofing went to bat for us and went above and beyond to review our roof multiple times, took pictures and wrote up a report and battled with the insurance company to get full coverage for complete replacement. Not only that he walked us through every step of the process through completion and made everything so simple. The materials used look great, the roof was reasonably priced and the service was unmatched. Glad we went with Hargrove and thanks again to Derek for coordinating an amazing new roof!
Had a great experience with Jordan as he managed extensive repairs to roof, gutters, windows, metal siding and interior damage. Scope of work included the house, barn, detached garage, horse stalls, and fences. Provided personal service and worked with us to minimize impact on our family during the holidays. He guided us in finding the colors and exterior design decisions to go from a extensive storm damage to a property improvement.
