Highly recommend Apex, the communication and customer service from Jonny were top tier. We filed a claim for hail damage using Apex as our contractor and they were on top of all paper work and even assisted with parts that did not necessarily involve them. The work by all contractors was fast and efficient with lots of updates. Will be using them in the future as well!
After a bad experience with another roofer, we gave up. Numerous roofers continued to flood us with grand promises and vague plans. Samuel and Huy at Apex were the first roofing company to stop by that seemed genuine. They provided a realistic plan and made a stressful and complicated hail claim manageable. The team was professional, flexible, and kept us updated throughout the process. Not only is the new roof awesome, but they also managed to fix a leak around our chimney, fixed interior water damage from the chimney leak, and gave us a competitive bid to replace our fence. They even followed up months later to ensure we were still satisfied. I can honestly say that Apex was a breath of fresh air. I would highly recommend Apex!
