About

XYZ Roofco, LLC is a roofing entity whose RCAT registration sits at 8330 Lyndon B Johnson Freeway, Building B Suite 604, Dallas, Texas 75243. There is no website on file for the XYZ Roofco name and none was found trading under it. The Dallas address in the RCAT record matches, unit for unit, the office address published on the contact page of Blue Hammer Roofing, and a Dallas based sales role posted publicly by XYZ Roofco, LLC lists Blue Hammer Roofing among the brands it operates. On that basis XYZ Roofco, LLC appears to be the legal entity behind the Blue Hammer Roofing brand in the Dallas market. The same entity also owns the PERIMETER ROOFING trademark and appears in a Georgia trade association listing as XYZ Roofco LLC doing business as Perimeter Roofing, which is the group's Southeast brand. Both brands sit under RAFTRx Roofing and Exteriors, a multi state platform of regional roofing and exterior companies. Blue Hammer Roofing describes itself as founded in 2008 and Dallas based, and markets residential and commercial roof replacement and repair, storm and hail damage repair, insurance claim support, financing and free roof inspections across Dallas, Fort Worth, Irving, Austin, San Antonio and Amarillo. Perimeter Roofing, the sibling brand, serves Georgia, Tennessee and Alabama only and does not market any Texas coverage. This record is deliberately thin. No manufacturer certification, no materials list and no Google Business Profile could be verified for the XYZ Roofco entity itself, and no consumer facing website uses the XYZ Roofco name. The verifiable third party marker for the Dallas operation is a Better Business Bureau profile for Blue Hammer Roofing in Dallas, which shows an Accredited Business with an A+ rating at a 75243 address.

Insurance & credential verification

Texas does not issue a state roofing license, so we verify companies the way homeowners actually can: confirming insurance coverage, checking RCAT (Roofing Contractors Association of Texas) status, and checking city or county registration where the local jurisdiction requires one. Every credential below links to the actual issuing organization's own public lookup — don't just take our checkmark for it. Always ask for a current certificate of insurance before signing any contract.

Confirm this licence yourself at web.rcat.net/rcat/search — search #03-0684 or the company name.

Confirm this yourself: ask the company for their certificate of insurance (COI). Note that RCAT's Licensed Roofing Contractor credential (CRRL, RRL or CRL) is earned and held by a named individual at a company, not by the business itself, which is why we name that person above where we know it; Texas issues no company roofing license at all. RCAT and NTRCA status can be checked in their own public directories (RCAT, NTRCA) — use the "Licensed"/"Accredited" filter to see more than plain membership. GAF's contractor verification tool and Owens Corning's Texas locator confirm those tiers directly; CertainTeed doesn't offer a comparable self-serve lookup, so ask to see that certificate in person. BBB accreditation and rating are on bbb.org. Houston's own published registered-roofer list is years out of date, so it isn't cited here at all — confirm registration by contacting the city directly. Corpus Christi's STAR program has its own online contractor registry — for any other city or county registration claim, confirm directly with that jurisdiction's permit office.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a great experience with XYZ Roofing. They did an excellent job on our new roof from start to finish. The team was professional, efficient, and communicated clearly throughout the entire process. The workmanship was top-notch, and they made sure everything was completed properly, including getting the roof certified. The whole project was smooth and stress-free, and the finished result looks fantastic. I would highly recommend XYZ Roofing to anyone needing roofing work done.

Very happy customer!! Hands down the best customer service I’ve ever had! I called Alejandro in the morning and he was here by the afternoon giving me a quote on my roof, interior wall remodel, and porch remodel. No haggling or pressuring me at all. The job was done in two days, full crew on the roof and inside the home! Nothing was spared to ensure my home was upgraded and improved. Everyone was professional, punctual, and the clean up was as if no one was ever here. Thank you so much for working Thanksgiving week to ensure our home was protected and ready for winter.

We are thrilled with the fantastic job the team did on my roof! Tony Velazquez was incredibly professional and patient, keeping us informed every step of the way. He provided daily updates on the progress, walked us through all the details, and emailed us pictures of the work. The team did a great job cleaning up after the job, and we appreciated the regular reports and photos. We're loving our new roof! Thanks, XYZ team-we highly recommend you to friends and coworkers!

XYZ roofing replaced my whole roof in three days as scheduled. They work really efficiently. Once everything is set up, they follow the schedule strictly and get the job done on time. The job quality is great. I also would like to thank Tony, the XYZ representative. Tony is a great guy and he knows what he is doing. If you don't know roofing, just call Tony. He would tell you everything about what you need to know, including materials, prices, process. Once the job is done, Tony will inspect everything carefully and address ALL your concerns. Tony always answers your call. To be honest, I have been in valley for 14 years. Tony and XYZ roofing are the most professional person and business. I would recommend Tony and XYZ roofing to my friends and my colleagues. The last comment, when the job is done, they cleaned my front yard and back yard to make sure there is no tiny trash around. With XYZ and Tony, you will also get all the documents and can use them to lower the house insurance.

Frequently asked

Why does this listing show XYZ Roofco when the roofing brand is Blue Hammer Roofing?
RCAT registers the legal entity, not the marketing brand. XYZ Roofco, LLC is the entity name on the Dallas registration, and the address on that registration matches the office address Blue Hammer Roofing publishes on its own contact page. Homeowners in Dallas will encounter the Blue Hammer Roofing name. If you want to be certain who you are contracting with, ask for the legal entity name to appear on the contract and the certificate of insurance.
Is this the same company as XYZ Restoration in Harlingen?
No. XYZ Restoration LLC in Harlingen is a separate Rio Grande Valley company with a different owner, a different RCAT registration and a different brand, about 500 miles away. No ownership, address or brand connection between the two was found. The similarity in name is coincidental.
Is XYZ Roofco licensed by the State of Texas?
Texas does not license roofing contractors at state level, so no Texas roofer holds a state roofing licence. What you can check is current general liability and workers compensation insurance verified directly with the insurer, standing with the Roofing Contractors Association of Texas, and any city registration your municipality requires. Ask the insurance agent to send the certificate of insurance to you rather than accepting a copy from the salesperson.
What is the difference between an RCAT Member and an RCAT Licensed Roofing Contractor?
They are not the same. Membership means the company pays dues to the Roofing Contractors Association of Texas. The Licensed Roofing Contractor credential (CRRL, RRL or CRL) is a separate qualification earned through RCAT's own testing and experience requirements, held by a named individual. If someone says licensed, ask which one they mean and ask for the name it is held under.
Dallas sits in Hail Alley. Should I pay extra for Class 4 impact resistant shingles?
In North Texas it is usually worth pricing. Class 4 shingles are tested to resist a two inch steel ball impact and stand up better to the hail that drives most Dallas roof claims. Many Texas carriers offer a premium credit for a Class 4 roof, which can pay back part of the upgrade over several years. Ask your insurer what the credit actually is on your policy before deciding, because it varies widely.
Do I need a permit to replace a roof in Dallas?
Usually yes, and Texas has no statewide building code, so the rules are set city by city. The City of Dallas requires a permit for roof replacement on most structures, and neighbouring cities such as Irving and Fort Worth set their own requirements. Make the contract say who pulls the permit and confirm the permit was actually issued before the tear off starts.
How should I handle my insurance deductible on a hail claim?
Pay it. In Texas it is illegal for a contractor to pay, waive, absorb or rebate your insurance deductible, and it is illegal for you to knowingly accept that arrangement. Any offer to make your roof free by covering the deductible should end the conversation. A legitimate contractor will invoice the deductible and can show you documentation that it was collected.
What should I check before signing with a storm chasing sales rep?
Confirm a physical local address you can visit, not just a mobile number. Get the exact shingle line, colour, underlayment, ridge and ventilation spec in writing plus a per sheet price for decking replacement. Confirm the workmanship warranty length and who honours it if the brand changes hands. Confirm the entity name on the contract matches the entity on the certificate of insurance, and never sign a contingency agreement that assigns your insurance benefits without reading the cancellation terms.
Does this company hold a manufacturer certification such as GAF or Owens Corning?
None could be verified. Neither the XYZ Roofco name nor the Dallas brand appears with a confirmed certification tier on any manufacturer's own contractor directory in our research. Manufacturer certification tiers matter mainly because they unlock enhanced system warranties, so if a salesperson claims one, ask them to show you their profile on the manufacturer's own website and ask which specific warranty your job would qualify for.
Why is there so little information on this listing?
Because there is genuinely little to publish under this name. XYZ Roofco, LLC does not operate a consumer facing website under that name, and the verifiable public record for the Dallas registration is limited to the RCAT entry, the matching office address on the Blue Hammer Roofing contact page, a Dallas job posting made by the entity, and a Better Business Bureau profile for the Blue Hammer brand. We would rather show a short honest record than fill it with material we cannot stand behind.
