Instead of trying to sell us something we didn’t need, he explained everything clearly and let us know our roof is still in good shape. It’s refreshing to work with a company that values integrity over a quick sale. We truly appreciate the time he took to walk us through everything. I was very impressed with the quality of the professional work completed by Riddle Brothers. Tony Foster, Sales Consultant, was very professional and the reason for my selection of Riddle Brothers for the needed work on our roof. Tony explained every step of the repair work and made sure we understood every step. He made sure we had the needed information so we could make the best choice for our needs. During the replacement of our damaged roof, we experienced a short thunderstorm that could have caused further damage to our house. However, Tony and members of Riddle Brothers management arrived at our home and made sure the installation team and our home were safe from employee injury and quickly covered the worksite, preventing further damage to our home. Every step made during this very difficult process was made much easier because of Tony's professionalism and his genuine care in making sure his customers were treated more like family than a simple customer. We had a fantastic experience with Riddle Brothers Roofing and Construction. In addition to a new roof we had several other projects they completed for us as well. They repaired and repainted our house, primed and restained a pergola and fence, and installed a new folding ladder to upgrade and give us a much safer access to the attic. Zack Riddle was our point person for the project and he was awesome to work with. There were no surprises and he was very communicative through every step of the process. Extremely competent and professional company, I would recommend them to any of my family and friends.
