We used Hail King to replace our hail damaged roof. Harrison, our Hail King rep really went the extra mile to ensure our roof was made safe again, communicating and educating throughout the process. We had a challenging and extended negotiation process with our insurance company, who was initially not excited to pay for the replacement. Our persistence paid off though. Harrison was there before (inspecting the roof condition), throughout repairs, and followed up after to make sure everything was done right. We took the recommendation of our Property Management company and hired Dustin with HailKing to complete a large exterior project across our 58 unit HOA property, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. In a brand new build in a brand new community, we needed new gutters badly. Had a total of 4 estimates, but HailKing beat them all! Rudy the roofer was excellent! Lane Casey was also great.
