About

Creekview Roofing is a Fort Bend County roofing contractor based at 13003 Murphy Road, Suite H1 in Stafford, and it markets across Richmond, Sugar Land, Missouri City and the wider Houston metro. Matt Brewster is the contact listed on the RCAT directory, which records the company in the residential and commercial contractor category as a member since 2026. Certification checks out at the manufacturer's own directory. GAF lists Creekview Roofing LLC of Stafford, Texas in its residential contractor directory, which confirms GAF certification. The company itself states it is a GAF Certified Plus contractor, and that specific tier could not be confirmed on the GAF listing page, so treat the tier as stated by the company until you verify it. Published work covers roof inspection, repair, replacement and new installation, storm and wind damage repair, insurance claim assistance, attic ventilation, gutter and skylight installation, and TPO repair and installation for commercial buildings and storage facilities. The company publishes hours of Monday to Saturday, 07:00 to 19:00, closed Sunday, and lists Class 4 impact resistant shingles among its options. Its stated service list reaches well past Fort Bend County into the Rio Grande Valley and the Coastal Bend.

Insurance & credential verification

Texas does not issue a state roofing license, so we verify companies the way homeowners actually can: confirming insurance coverage, checking RCAT (Roofing Contractors Association of Texas) status, and checking city or county registration where the local jurisdiction requires one. Every credential below links to the actual issuing organization's own public lookup — don't just take our checkmark for it. Always ask for a current certificate of insurance before signing any contract.

Confirm this listing yourself at web.rcat.net/rcat/search.

Confirm this yourself: ask the company for their certificate of insurance (COI). Note that RCAT's Licensed Roofing Contractor credential (CRRL, RRL or CRL) is earned and held by a named individual at a company, not by the business itself, which is why we name that person above where we know it; Texas issues no company roofing license at all. RCAT and NTRCA status can be checked in their own public directories (RCAT, NTRCA) — use the "Licensed"/"Accredited" filter to see more than plain membership. GAF's contractor verification tool and Owens Corning's Texas locator confirm those tiers directly; CertainTeed doesn't offer a comparable self-serve lookup, so ask to see that certificate in person. BBB accreditation and rating are on bbb.org. Houston's own published registered-roofer list is years out of date, so it isn't cited here at all — confirm registration by contacting the city directly. Corpus Christi's STAR program has its own online contractor registry — for any other city or county registration claim, confirm directly with that jurisdiction's permit office.

Highly recommend Creekview Roofing. When we were in the process of buying our house, Matt was able to come out on short notice and inspect the roof for us. He found a vent that needed to be replaced and made the repair quickly and at a good price. Communication was great throughout, and we were happy with the result.

My house's roof had wind damage. Matt responded and had the roof appraised within a day. He also did an evaluation of the roof overall and identified several other problem areas of the roof. The evaluation and pictures were provided with the estimate and the job completed soon afterwards. The workmanship was excellent! Creekview got themselves a repeat customer

We had a roof leak develop during a series of heavy thunderstorms, and Matt with Creekview Roofing responded incredibly quickly. They came out promptly, diagnosed the issue right away, and provided a temporary fix to stop the leak and prevent further damage. What impressed me most was their follow-through. Matt's team scheduled a crew to return and complete the permanent repair within just two days. The quality of the work was excellent, and their communication throughout the entire process was clear, professional, and proactive. If you're looking for a roofing company that is responsive, reliable, and delivers high-quality work, I highly recommend them.

Creekview Roofing performed an excellent roof replacement using the GAF premium roofing system. Matt Brewster and his field supervisor, Eric, controlled every detail of the installation. The roofing crew was well staffed and covered the roof in one day. Detailing and final cleanup followed till noon of the second day. Everything was safely completed without an accident. The work was scheduled only when an excellent weather forecast was available—most important for the safety of crew and the safety of the exposed home. An overall success.

Frequently asked

Is Creekview Roofing licensed by the State of Texas?
Texas has no state roofing licence, so that question does not apply here the way it would in other states. What can be checked is insurance, RCAT status and manufacturer certification. Creekview is an RCAT Member and is listed in GAF's own contractor directory for Stafford, Texas.
What does RCAT Member mean here?
It means the company belongs to the Roofing Contractors Association of Texas and pays dues, with a member since date of 2026 on the directory. It is not the same as RCAT's separately earned Licensed Roofing Contractor credential (CRRL, RRL or CRL), and no licensed credential is shown on this company's record.
Is the GAF certification real?
Yes. Creekview Roofing LLC of Stafford, Texas appears in GAF's own residential contractor directory, which is the check that matters rather than a badge on a website. GAF Certified contractors can offer the GAF System Plus limited warranty on qualifying roof systems. The company also states it is GAF Certified Plus, which we could not confirm at that tier on the directory page.
What wind and storm risks matter for a Fort Bend County roof?
This is an inland Gulf Coast county, so the main threats are severe thunderstorm wind, tropical system rainfall and occasional hail rather than direct coastal storm surge. Ask about the wind rating of the shingle being installed, the nailing pattern used, and how valleys, flashing and penetrations will be detailed, because those are where wind driven rain gets in first.
Are Class 4 impact resistant shingles worth it around Houston?
Hail is less relentless here than in North Texas, but the Houston area still sees hail and severe thunderstorm wind. Class 4 shingles are rated by the UL 2218 steel ball impact test, and many Texas insurers offer a premium discount for them. Ask your insurer what discount they give before deciding, and get the impact rating written into the contract.
Who handles permits for a reroof in Stafford or Richmond?
Texas has no statewide building code enforcement, so it is city by city. A reroof in the City of Stafford is permitted through Stafford, work in Richmond or Sugar Land through those cities, and unincorporated Fort Bend County is handled differently again. Confirm in writing who is pulling the permit.
Can the roofer handle my insurance claim for me?
A contractor can inspect, document the damage and meet your adjuster on site, which is what Creekview advertises as insurance claim assistance. Under Texas law a roofing contractor cannot act as a public insurance adjuster on a claim it is also bidding to repair. Anyone promising to negotiate the whole claim on your behalf is crossing a line.
What roof types does the company work on?
Its published services cover asphalt shingle, tile and slate, and metal on the residential side, plus TPO for flat and low slope commercial roofs and storage facilities. It also lists gutters, skylights and attic ventilation.
What are the hours?
The company publishes Monday to Saturday, 07:00 to 19:00, and closed Sunday. Its main line is (832) 343-8455 and the published email is hello@creekviewroofing.com.
What should I confirm before signing?
Ask the insurance agency to send you the certificate of general liability and workers compensation directly. Verify RCAT status yourself on the RCAT directory and verify GAF certification on gaf.com rather than trusting a logo. Get the roof system, shingle line, impact rating, workmanship warranty, manufacturer warranty and payment schedule in writing, and avoid paying the full amount before work starts.
