Went the extra mile flew to Wisconsin to meet the insurance adjuster for a second inspection & got it overturned from denial to full replacement and we are extremely grateful for Ivan’s determination and also got hur gutters and siding replaced for only one cost my deductible of $500.00 dollars Very happy with our new roof and all the unexpected extras!
