Having a home built in the late 90’s we have experienced some issues from plumbing to roofing and everything in between. Currently having to replace two hvac units and Optic Home Solutions has been there every step of the way. Working with Brandon Watson and his team has made the process very easy and professional. On top of everything the quality of work and attention to detail has made these issues more palpable than with other contractors. It’s been a pleasure working with them and would recommend them for any home project.

Like many people these days, I’ve dealt with contractors who overcharge and underdeliver, so when I found out my roof was severely damaged and needed to be replaced—with minimal help from insurance—I was overwhelmed. The remaining cost would have to come out of pocket, and I had no idea how I’d manage it. Finances were already tight, and the stress of figuring out how to afford a new roof was heavy on me. Then I found Optic Home Solutions, and I truly believe it was an answer to my prayers. The owner was incredibly kind and compassionate. He worked closely with both me and my insurance adjuster to identify additional damage and helped increase my insurance payout. On top of that, he offered me a very fair and reasonable price for the remaining costs, which helped ease my stress tremendously. When I still came up short, he kindly allowed me to spread out my payments to make things more manageable. I’m beyond grateful. He not only coordinated with my insurance and HOA, but treated me and my mom with kindness and respect throughout the process. At a time when it felt like we wouldn’t be able to afford the roof we desperately needed, Optic Home Solutions made it happen. They went above and beyond, and I can’t thank them enough.

I had a problem leak in my roof since I had the home built a little over a decade ago, which turned out to be a dead valley. A poor design by the builder that they could not seem to fix. It worsened this year to the point I wanted an outside estimate. Optic Home Solutions came up on the BBB site with an A+ and it was apparently well deserved. Nick came out and did an estimate for us, and had us on the schedule FAST. They fixed the dead valley permanently with a cricket, as well as the leak. New tiles, flashing, and a peace of mind for me. The price was GREAT! I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a roof (or a repair).

Working was Randall has been a great pleasure. His team was timely, professional and gave us the white gloves service. When there were minor issues after the initial work he came by to check it out and addressed them in a very timely manner. Highly recommended for the roof and fence work that his team did for us.
