We would highly recommend Nailed it Roofing Pros to anyone looking to replace their roof! Jake, and his onsite crew, were diligent in getting the job done - in one day I might add. They ensured the area around the house, before leaving, was impeccably clean. Erica was responsive in providing us quote options that were reasonable and didn't break the bank. Any questions we had were communicated to us clearly to ensure we were all on the same page. Bravo to them! Quite honestly... they NAILED IT!
We had an excellent experience with Jake from start to finish. Communication was great throughout the entire process, and he was never pushy—Jake patiently waited until we were ready to move forward. Once we gave the go-ahead, the installation went smoothly and everything was prepared ahead of time. The team did an awesome job, worked professionally, and left the area completely clean. We never had a single issue, and he even beat every competitor’s price in the market. We’re extremely happy with the entire transaction from beginning to end. Highly recommend!
Jake and the crew at Nailed It Roofing Pros did a fantastic job replacing our roof! He was able to meet with the roof inspector and without a doubt that is what helped in getting our claim approved. He helped us tremendously with the entire insurance process. Once approved we schedule a date to begin work and the crew showed up on time and completed the job on the same day. Jake took completion photos and uploaded them along with all the necessary documentation to our insurance company. Nailed It Roofing Pros was referred by a friend who also is owner of a construction company. I completely trust his judgement so for the first time ever when hiring for such an important project, I didn’t read reviews before hiring them. Jake, part owner and Chris, project supervisor, were so easy to deal with and answered all my questions quickly and to my satisfaction. The crew of about 10 workers arrived promptly at 6:00 AM as scheduled and quickly began working. All project material had been delivered the day before. Each crew member seemed to have a specific job. I was impressed at how happy all these guys seemed to be as they went about their particular duties. They were all smiling, laughing and chatting as they worked. I thought to myself, these guys must be greatly appreciated by the company to be so happy at their job. They worked quickly and with efficiency. They were finished around 1:00 in the afternoon and after a short rest they all began to clean up my property and put away equipment. I could not be happier with the end product … a beautiful new roof that makes my house “pop” …… I would highly recommend this company. Oh! And they followed up with me the next day to be sure I was happy. If you want a very professional company from start to finish and at a fair price they “fit the bill.”
I recommend 10/10. I wasn’t in the market to repair my roof. However, Jake made my experience very pleasant and was very honest throughout the entire process from beginning to end with any questions or concerns. Also, him and Erica provided my insurance with all necessary documents to get the job done in a timely manner. He went above and beyond with customer service, payment options, reasonable pricing, and nice quality work. Thank you for making a stressful situation into something Great!!!
