June 5th brought a hail storm to Lubbock that not only destroyed my roof, but caused significant additional damage to my house and property. As I navigated my insurance claim, a close friend whose opinion I greatly respect said there was only one roofing company in town so far as she was concerned, that being LBK Roofing. I found their website and sent an email to their generic "contact us" email address. Within hours, not only was I contacted, but I had a lengthy telephone conversation with a company VP, Garrett Kennedy. I am sure he sensed how uneasy I was with the whole insurance claim plus repair process, because he took the time to explain it all to me and reassure me that they would treat my home as though it was their own. Cameron Welch was assigned as my Project Manager, and he took the time to call simply to get to know me. When it came time for the claim adjuster to do the inspection for my insurance claim, Mr. Kennedy himself was up on my roof with him to make sure nothing was missed. My claim sailed through the process. Within days, Mr. Welch came to meet with us in our home, where we went over the insurance figures and he patiently explained it all to us, (at our request) helped us decide on a roof upgrade, and chose the color for the new roof. The job was scheduled for about two weeks later. No money was requested up front and the whole project was simply sealed with a handshake. I didn't know places like that existed anymore. When the date arrived, the crew was exceptional and Mr. Welch kept us updated. He is just so friendly and professional, that I would look forward to his calls and texts. Once the job was complete, I still did not receive a bill, but was told to just sit tight for a few days while they put the invoice together and prepared the certificates for my insurance company. That arrived in a few days, and it was TO THE PENNY as expected. Zero surprises on the far end. Not only that, but the due date of their invoice was far enough in advance to allow the last of my insurance money to get to me before I had to pay them. Mr. Welch has been prompt with follow-up to make sure everything has been done as I wanted and expected. This business is run the way a business should be run. They set a very high bar for serving their customers that other businesses only wish they could attain. The whole experience was 5-star from start to finish. Everyone treated me as they would treat their own family. I have not one single suggestion as to how they could improve. They really are that good!

LBK Roofing was recommended to us by a friend. We worked with Tyler Dehay and he was absolutely great to work with. Tyler was professional and detail oriented. He worked with the insurance adjustor to ensure our claim included all the work that needed to be completed. We were in the middle of selling our house and Tyler made sure the roof replacement was timely with our closing date. When another hail storm comes through Lubbock, we will be working with LBK Roofing again.
