We are very happy with the work done by 24-7 Restoration & Roofing on our roof shingle and gutter replacement, and especially with our project manager Coby Federowski. Our roof had taken a beating from a 2025 hail storm such that it needed to be replaced. Since the storm, we have been overrun with roofing contractors knocking on our door. Fortunately for us, our next door neighbor found 24-7 and used them for their roof. We were impressed enough by what we saw to hire them for our project. We worked with 24-7 to evaluate several available options for the roofing replacement, ultimately deciding to upgrade to a Class 4 shingle to get better hail resistance and a lower homeowner’s insurance rate. When the work actually happened, the crew was very efficient, stripping the old shingles and replacing them in one day. We especially appreciated the multiple sweeps through our yard to make sure there were no debris left behind, including the last one where Coby’s wife joined in on the final sweep. One last comment: before we had finalized the contract with 24-7, Coby and Adam inspected the roof of my son’s house where he was having a leak issue during heavy rains. They sealed up a couple of roof vents that had deteriorated… at no charge! Bottom line: these are good people to work with….competent, friendly & cost effective.
Adam was excellent and professional to work with. From the initial phone call, I felt at ease knowing my roof would be taken care of. He provided professional advice and recommendations on how to go about fixing my roof and his pricing was very reasonable. I’ll definitely recommend him to anyone I know needing roofing services. He’s an overall great guy and doesn’t put money before people!
It was around seven or eight years ago we had to make a choice because we needed siding and roofing for our home! There were many companies out there, but for some reason 24 / 7 caught our eye. It wasn’t until we met our Sales Person that we knew that we had made a great decision. he was not only personable, he was very knowledgeable. The true test would be Customer Service somewhere down the line. After about seven years or so we had some small issues so we contacted the company. To be honest, we wasn’t very confident that we would be taken care of! A man named Adam returned my call and without delay, he took care of all of our issues within days. Thank you again 24 /7 and thank you Adam.
I have dealt with a ton of contractors throughout a 36 year career. 24/7 Restoration and Roofing is the real deal! Very professional, they use the latest technology, and they communicated well throughout the process. I would highly recommend them.
