Insurance & credential verification

Texas does not issue a state roofing license, so we verify companies the way homeowners actually can: confirming insurance coverage, checking RCAT (Roofing Contractors Association of Texas) status, and checking city or county registration where the local jurisdiction requires one. Every credential below links to the actual issuing organization's own public lookup — don't just take our checkmark for it. Always ask for a current certificate of insurance before signing any contract.

City/county registration No government registration in The WoodlandsThe Woodlands is a township, not a city, and Montgomery County does not enforce building codes on single family homes. Deed restrictions still apply, so check with The Woodlands Township before work starts. No city or county body registers roofers or inspects this work here, so a contractor's insurance and RCAT standing carry more weight than usual. Ask to see both.

Confirm this listing yourself at web.rcat.net/rcat/search.

Confirm this yourself: ask the company for their certificate of insurance (COI). Note that RCAT's Licensed Roofing Contractor credential (CRRL, RRL or CRL) is earned and held by a named individual at a company, not by the business itself, which is why we name that person above where we know it; Texas issues no company roofing license at all. RCAT and NTRCA status can be checked in their own public directories (RCAT, NTRCA) — use the "Licensed"/"Accredited" filter to see more than plain membership. GAF's contractor verification tool and Owens Corning's Texas locator confirm those tiers directly; CertainTeed doesn't offer a comparable self-serve lookup, so ask to see that certificate in person. BBB accreditation and rating are on bbb.org. Houston's own published registered-roofer list is years out of date, so it isn't cited here at all — confirm registration by contacting the city directly. Corpus Christi's STAR program has its own online contractor registry — for any other city or county registration claim, confirm directly with that jurisdiction's permit office.

Highly recommend Rejuven8 Roofing. They came to my property a day after calling about needing a roof replacement. Jason Standing got on my roof and gave me a great price for a full replacement. I highly recommend this company. They came early got my roof replaced in 4 hours and did an excellent job cleaning up any debris and nails. Mr. Jason came after the roofers left and ensured everything was just as I wanted and ensured that I was satisfied with their work. This is a great company and Mr. Standing gave amazing customer service!

Hi all. I just wanted to give a shout out to Robert Corker and Mirza Salcinovic with ReJUVEN8 Roofing on what a GREAT job they did re-roofing two of my daughter’s homes. They provided a very fair price, came in on budget, were very pleasant to work with and finished the job on time and as promised. Don’t know what more you can expect from a roofing company. I strongly recommend using ReJUVEN8 Roofing to anyone in need of a new roof or roof repair.

We had a great experience with Rejuven8 after a not great experience with Statefarm. They we’re incredible with communication, explanation, once we decided to go with them they quickly got our materials ordered. We had our solar panels down, roof completed, and solar panels back up in 3 days and they did a great job protecting our pool from any debris as well as getting our yard cleaned up afterwards.

These guys are professional, efficient, and the hardest working crew I’ve ever seen. Within 24 hours, I went from an old dilapidated roof, to a brand new beauty. They are so good a cleaning up, you wouldn’t know they were here without his sign being in my yard and my shiny new roof of course. I would hire them for my mother.

Very satisfied with our roof. Robert is a great guy. Everything went well. Robert has a great crew of men that took care of everything and answered all the questions I had. Pleasant to work with. I’ll use him again in 30 years.

Frequently asked

Is Rejuven8 an RCAT Licensed Roofing Contractor?
Rejuven8 is listed as an RCAT member. Membership in the Roofing Contractors Association of Texas is different from RCAT's separately earned Licensed Roofing Contractor credential, which requires passing an exam. Texas has no state roofing license, so insurance verification and credentials like these are the main trust signals for homeowners.
What does Rejuven8 do besides roofing?
The company also handles water damage restoration, fire damage restoration, mold remediation and gutter repair, which lets one contractor manage a storm or disaster related insurance project end to end.
Is Rejuven8 manufacturer certified?
Rejuven8 appears in GAF's own residential contractor directory for The Woodlands. Its website also states certification in CertainTeed products and Master Shingle Applicator training; those CertainTeed credentials are stated by the company and were not found in CertainTeed's public directory.
Where does Rejuven8 operate?
It runs offices in The Woodlands (2002 Timberloch Place), McKinney and Austin, and lists service areas including The Woodlands, Spring, Conroe, Lake Conroe, Magnolia, Montgomery, Tomball, Willis, Houston, Katy, Huntsville, McKinney, Dallas and Austin.
The Woodlands has no city government. Who handles roofing permits?
The Woodlands is run by a township rather than a city, so roofing projects there do not go through a city building department the way they would in Houston or Conroe. Depending on your neighborhood, Montgomery County rules and community covenant standards can apply, so ask your contractor exactly what applies to your street before work begins.
What storm risks matter most for roofs in The Woodlands?
The Woodlands sits inland in Montgomery County, so the main threats are hail, severe thunderstorms and the remnants of tropical systems rather than direct coastal windstorm exposure. Impact resistant Class 4 shingles hold up better in hail and can earn a discount on many homeowners insurance policies.
How do storm damage insurance claims work in Texas?
Document the damage, report the claim promptly, and get an independent roof inspection before agreeing to a scope of repairs. In Texas it is illegal for a contractor to waive or absorb your insurance deductible, so treat any such offer as a red flag.
How long has Rejuven8 been in business?
BBB records show the business started in March 2018, and it has been BBB accredited with an A+ rating since April 2018. The team cites more than 25 years of combined insurance restoration experience.
What roofing materials does Rejuven8 install?
The company installs asphalt shingles from GAF and CertainTeed and specializes in tile and metal installations as well.
What should I ask before signing a roofing contract?
Ask for a certificate of insurance sent directly from the roofer's agent, whether the company is an RCAT member or RCAT Licensed contractor, a written scope with specific products and prices, warranty terms in writing, and local references you can call.
