Fantastic Company!!! Had my roof replaced, price very reasonable, excellent installation and clean up. But even more impressive is the customer service. They came out in the morning, afternoon and after completion to check on the worked completed by their crew and to check in with me that I was pleased and if I had any questions or concerns. This kind of service in today's world is Exceptional!!!
I have Duran's on speed dial for issues concerning my home.. they have done several repairs on my roof over the years and consulted on other items and are always helpful and honest. If it's broken, they tell me-- on at least one occasion, spotting a problem I didn't know I had, and if it's fine, they also tell me.
I messaged Duran’s late on a Monday night after noticing a group of shingles had fallen into my yard. Not only did they respond within ten minutes during late evening hours, but Anthony was out at our house before noon the next day to inspect the damages. Repairs were complete within 48 hours of my initial message and they left our property spotless. Great team and easy to work with!
Durans was recommended by a friend. The company exceeded any expectations-from my first contact through job completion. At every step, family was involved. Not only in the bid and acceptance stage but by supervising all work with periodic checks on all work. If more stars were allowed,I would award more. All office staff responded quickly and pleasantly to my calls or questions; those performing the various work stages were respectful, hard working and proficient. I would not hesitate a second to recommend Duran’s to my closest friends or my family members.
