About
Ducker Commercial Roofing is a family run roofing contractor based in Burleson, in Tarrant County, with its office at 6621 Storm Cat Ln, Suite 380. The BBB profile lists Matthew K. Ducker as managing member and records the business as starting on 13 August 2009 and incorporating on 8 September 2016. The company's own About page traces the family's roofing heritage further back, to the founder's grandfather starting out in the 1950s. Despite the word Commercial in the name, the company works both sides of the market. Commercial work covers new installation alongside general contractors, plus repairs and full replacement on buildings such as warehouses, nursing homes and shopping centers. Residential work covers leak repair, hail and wind damage restoration, full replacement, gutters and flashing. The services page names shingle, metal and TPO systems and lists Johns Manville, Atlas Roofing and Carlisle SynTec among the products it works with. It also builds workshops, storage buildings, garages, carports and gazebos. Insurance claims assistance is a core offering. The company says that once it is authorized it communicates directly with the insurance agent, and it offers free inspections and quotes. It appears in the Roofing Contractors Association of Texas directory with Matt Ducker as primary contact, classified for residential and commercial work.

Insurance & credential verification
Texas does not issue a state roofing license, so we verify companies the way homeowners actually can: confirming insurance coverage, checking RCAT (Roofing Contractors Association of Texas) status, and checking city or county registration where the local jurisdiction requires one. Every credential below links to the actual issuing organization's own public lookup — don't just take our checkmark for it. Always ask for a current certificate of insurance before signing any contract.
Confirm this listing yourself at web.rcat.net/rcat/search.
Confirm this yourself: ask the company for their certificate of insurance (COI). Note that RCAT's Licensed Roofing Contractor credential (CRRL, RRL or CRL) is earned and held by a named individual at a company, not by the business itself, which is why we name that person above where we know it; Texas issues no company roofing license at all. RCAT and NTRCA status can be checked in their own public directories (RCAT, NTRCA) — use the "Licensed"/"Accredited" filter to see more than plain membership. GAF's contractor verification tool and Owens Corning's Texas locator confirm those tiers directly; CertainTeed doesn't offer a comparable self-serve lookup, so ask to see that certificate in person. BBB accreditation and rating are on bbb.org. Houston's own published registered-roofer list is years out of date, so it isn't cited here at all — confirm registration by contacting the city directly. Corpus Christi's STAR program has its own online contractor registry — for any other city or county registration claim, confirm directly with that jurisdiction's permit office.

Very Happy customer. I called Ducker Roofing out to give me an estimate. I had called about 5 other companies out as well, because I was paying for this roof my insurance company denied. Ducker Roofing blew all the others away with their bid and offered more than the others also. They showed up two days later and finished my roof that same day. There is about 5000 different roof companies in the metroplex, and most are pretty sketchy, but Ducker Roofing treated me great, no games, no sketchy, just a great roof at a great price. I will use them for all Roofing needs going forward.
I love my new roof. Brent was very attentive and helped me choose the shingles that my wife and I could agree on lol and also in selecting proper ventilation for my house. They went out of their way to make sure that everything matched as far as the vents and flashing are concerned they were quick to respond to any questions I had and worked with me as my insurance company did not cover me fully. They have a great team out there and I appreciate the work that they’ve done.
I run a short-term and long-term property management company, and Brent at Ducker Roofing has been an absolute lifesaver! He's always there to assist with any roofing needs that arise. His communication is excellent, and his execution is top-notch. We highly recommend Ducker Roofing for anyone in need of reliable and professional roofing services!
Unfortunately they are very unresponsive. Getting someone to actually help you is like pulling teeth. We had them come out to give us an estimate on a minor roof repair. They were very nice during the inspection and told us to let them know when we were ready to move forward with the repairs. After we heard back from our insurance company we tried calling/emailing Ducker Roofing to move forward with the repairs. After about two weeks of us trying to get in contact with them Matthew finally emailed us our invoice only to have it $700 more than what he originally quoted us. He said it was a typo and would fix it but then he never got back to us. They obviously don't really care about helping us, which is fine, but I wish they would have just told us to find another company instead of making us wait over a month and causing more damage to the roof due to all the storms we've been getting.
I have used Ducker Commercial Roofing multiple times in the last 5 years. The have serviced our church roof quickly and did a great job. They are very friendly and their prices are extremely competitive and they have never overcharged for any service.
