Jasmine made a scary emergency roof moment 100xs better! I contacted her late at night around 10:30 pm when we were in the middle of a really really severe thunderstorm and had discovered that we had a hole in our roof as it was raining inside our house!!!! We were panicked to say the least! But talk about customer service! Jasmine got us in the books and we have service out to our house by the following morning ON A SATURDAY mind you, to have our roof inspected and patched in case it rained again before the team came out two days laters and patched the hole and fixed our roof! They offer a service protection program that is worth the money and peace of mind! Jasmine at Bauer roofing and the whole Bauer time is definitely worth your business!!!
