Walli, the project supervisor, was outstanding. He kept everything on schedule, communicated well, and made sure the work was done right. You can tell he genuinely cares about the quality of the job. The crew worked efficiently, was respectful of my home, and cleaned everything up when they were finished—which I really appreciated. I received a phone call before my appointment from Julian, my project manager. Then, I got an email with his picture and description, which made me less wary as a female customer, which I really appreciated. Julian showed up on time and introduced himself and then immediately got to work. He walked my roof and used a drone to inspect and photograph everything. He found not only the damage that had happened from a tree falling on my house, but an overall deteriorated state for the rest, which I could clearly see from the pictures. I was originally only looking to fix the tree damage, but after Julian showed me what things looked like, he saw down and showed me in great detail exactly what Appllo Roofing is about and could do to give my house a great new roof using excellent materials and professional installation. The company has received multiple certifications and rewards for excellence and they give you a 50 year warranty on the roof. In addition to that, they will do all the work for no money down and very affordable payments. I ended up scheduling for Apollo to not only fix the damage from the tree, but install a new roof and gutter system, which they also do. And it should all be done in a couple of days within the next week or so. I am so glad I found this company, and I am sure the roof is going to be as excellent as Julian's service was.
