My insurance company gave me a hard time and denied my storm damage claim for my roof and other items, you can imagine the frustration as a homeowner. I don’t have the means to fight Insurance company nor experience how I do that. 911 Exteriors demonstrated impeccable experience, integrity, professionalism, and exceptional workmanship they have from the get-go explained the process they went through attention to detail reports assist with the props and experts. At the end my claim was reversed for full approval. 911 Exteriors & Erik Ortiz did an amazing job from start to finish. The team was able to turn a full denial into a full replacement including interior work being done. Communication was great and the quality of the work is amazing. They did an awesome job of cleaning up. We are so grateful and excited to have our new roof and highly recommend them to any one needing a replacement or any of their services. They saved our asses!
