Southwestern Roofing replace my roof 22 years ago. Houston weather has been a little rough over that time. I would have stretched it a few more if not for a leaky skylight. It was time. Also on removal list was a 2nd story fireplace in the Primary. It was cute at first, but years fighting bee hives and birds nesting removed that cozy feeling. The reason I chose Southwestern is for a partner that will stand behind their work. If there is a problem, it is addressed. No excuses. I like that about them. Many thanks to Gary Pinina (our original salesman from 2004) for coordinating the group. Raul did fantastic workmanship on the fireplace removal. Looks like it was never there. Julio and the roof team competed installation in one day. The team did a great job on protecting plants and cleanup.
Southwestern Roofing is one of the most professional organizations I have dealt with. Their representative Gary was very knowledgeable, very unassuming and a very friendly individual. He was very upfront about the roof replacement I needed to get done on my nearly 6000 sft home, the cost and timing of the job. The leader of the work crew Julio was also so impressive that he was one of the main reasons I was convinced I should get my old roof replaced by this team. And what a team of hard working young men Julio had! I am so glad I spent the roughly $28k to get a brand new roof from such an organization!
We are so happy with Southwestern. They did a lot amazing job on our new roof in November of 2025. At that point we asked them for a quote on their remodeling services as we wanted to renovate our main bathroom. They started in early February and we are in awe of our new space. From 1992 blah to modern WOW! Seriously every time we walk in there we can't believe the change! Luis and his team were wonderful and worked with us to give us exactly what we wanted. We will happily use SW again and would 100% recommend them to anyone!

I have been using Southwestern Roofing over 27 years. Great professional service by rep Gary Pinina. Used them in 1998 to correct another contractor’s mistakes. In 2010 had Gary and his crew add a covered patio built into back of garage to match into existing roof. In 2015 had Southwestern Roofing replace roof and price was great. Gary followed through on everything until job was completed. In 2024 had Gary with Superior Fence which is part of Southwestern Roofing replaced over 100 feet of cedar fence. Excellent price and friendly service by Gary. In June of 2026 had Gary give me a quote on sheetrock repair and paint after foundation repair was completed. Excellent price as always. Willie and his crew did an exceptional job and compete clean up when finished. You can not go wrong with using Southwestern Roofing and Gary Pinina is an exceptional representative.
