1st review: Jake (Roofs Only 1) was highly recommended to us by our neighbor. He was very responsive and communicative. He was available to check on our roof issue and provided an estimate right away. He used a drone and took photos of the roof and also checked it physically. His team did a quality work, and he made sure that everything on our agreement was executed. His price is reasonable, and he went above and beyond with his services compared to others. I highly recommend him and his team. 2nd review: We hired Jake again for a much bigger job after having a great experience with him on a smaller project. Our 3-year-old roof had been damaged by both hail and wind, and Jake was involved from the very beginning—especially when it came to dealing with insurance. He came out right away to inspect the roof, gave us a detailed assessment, and took thorough photos to document everything. He made sure we had all the information needed to work with our insurance provider and HOA. From start to finish, Jake was committed, professional, patient, and incredibly easy to work with. He kept everything clear and simple, and gave us the confidence that things would get done the right way. After a long process and back-and-forth with the insurance company, Jake got the job done—including coordinating with Sunaura Solar, who did an excellent job detaching and later reinstalling our solar panels. They carefully stored the panels in our backyard during the roofing work. The roofing materials arrived on time, and Jake’s crew showed up early in the morning to remove the old roof and replace it—all in one day. They also cleaned up the entire property afterward. Once the new roof had settled, Sunaura came back and reattached the panels. Throughout the process, we received progress updates and finish photos. Not only do we have a beautiful new roof, but we can also sleep soundly knowing it’s solid and leak-free. I’ve gotten bids with several roofers before, and Jake stood out. We’re glad we made the right decision to work with him. You won’t regret, too if you hire him!
