He was always available by phone or text to answer any questions, which made the whole experience much less stressful. Tyler, the co-owner, was also very helpful throughout the process. At first, the insurance company didn’t want to cover a full roof replacement, but with Zilker Roofing’s help and expertise, we were able to get it approved. The team was honest, transparent, and very professional. They also worked around our schedule for the installation and used high-quality materials. Zilker roofing did a great job replacing my roof! The crew showed up at 7am and finished up right around 5pm. The roofers were quick, the project managers (Will and Billy) were thorough and overall Im happy with how everything turned out. They replaced the bad fascia, old decking and repainted with matching color where needed. Everything came out looking really good.❤️

Zilker was amazing and I thank them for all of their help. We had a long process to get the insurance to approve replacing my hail damaged roof. With William's help, the process was successful and once approved the scheduling for the job was very quick. The roofing team was so well coordinated, you could tell that they were experienced and worked well together. My roof was replaced in one day and the guys stayed late to make sure all was cleaned up. The only suggestion I have for homeowners is to make sure all moveable items are removed from around the house; such as, potted plants.
