DJ came out to take a look and gave an honest opinion that it was not time to replace it. DJ also made some repairs to another building and did a great job. We had to replace our roof for a combination of factors: age > 15 years, hail damage, and prepping the house for sale. An added issue is that our roof has solar panels. The whole process was smooth from beginning to end. The roofing supervisor was outstanding! Very friendly, courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. The work crew was stellar: efficient, great work quality, and they cleaned up after themselves. The office staff was just as high-quality arranging all the moving pieces necessary to make this very large project happen. What could have been a very stressful situation was not at all!
