King Roofing roofed my house 18 years ago. They did an excellent job and it was a very pleasant experience so, I had no question who I would call to roof it when I needed a new roof this year. Even though King roofing has grown, I see the same friendly attitude, in that my needs and satisfaction superseded all other considerations. The project managers and roofing teams professionalism and dedication to excellence were far above par. King Roofing as a whole communicated well on all issues and helped me to understand what the insurance company could, would or would not do. They wanted me to have the best product for the best price and I believe I got the best. It was like having an old friend come to help with a problem.
***revised review since It looks like this was a scam call and not this company. I called the company office to let them know and the woman who answered the phone was very kind. Beware of companies calling to impersonate them. :( Cold called me- no idea how they got my number. I very nicely asked "can you please take me off your list" to which they lazily replied "yea" and hung up on me. If you're going to cold call people AT LEAST BE KIND TO THEM. So ridiculous. Had no idea who this company was before but surely wouldn't recommend them to anyone now.
